I have worked with Guidewire for a long time now, and one of the things that has never been up for consideration was architecture. Guidewire Products dictated this. XCenters are based on Java, J2EE, and several proprietary frameworks, such as workflow, messaging, rules, UI configuration, etc. We always use OOTB as much as possible, so architecture decisions are few and far between. That doesn't mean you don't have to use the frameworks correctly. It just means you don't get to choose the frameworks (if that makes sense).

This white paper represents my own view of Agile and it’s future focusing specifically on Scrum.

What is Guidewire Certification? Guidewire Software is a US-based software company offering insurance verticals for insurers and agents that cover billing, claims and policy. The applications are hosted on the Guidewire Cloud platform and require specific skills to customise them to the insurance compani’s needs. Guidewire certification proves the holder has received the relevant trainging to work on Guidewire products.

Finally made it to Innsbruck releases certifications. Just achieved Guidewire Certified Professional InsuranceSuite Integration - Innsbruck. I wonder where else there is to ski at this point.

But seriously, I want to have a look at the cloud integration framework capabilities next. Although I might just go through the course material as the proctored exams are expensive and not included in the Enterprise subscription that I paid £700 for, (to be fair they do give you one proctored exam)
